Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring quality work in the finish/spray area. This role requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure quality production and finish projects
- in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily operation.
- Responsible for quality control of the area.
- Maintains a safe area for employees and ensures safe practices are followed
- by employees.
- Communicates with other areas of the shop.
- Ensures projects are finished according to the company schedule.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage an area and lead people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in a finish/spray area is highly desirable. Company is willing to train.
- Bilingual is a positive asset, not a necessity
- Self motivated, organized and has a desire to achieve success.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
