Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures that meals served to residents are of the highest quality in appearance, temperature, and garnish.

Ensures that steam tables are at the proper temperature prior to meal service

Prepares trayline menus and organizes them according to truck order prior to meal service

Organizes desserts, salads, and cold food for trayline as scheduled
-
Assists with trayline operation as scheduled, assuring that food is of the highest quality and served at the proper temperature.

Follows and promotes adherence to health, safety and sanitation regulations
-
Assists with department’s quality assurance
- Applies “5 Star” customer service approach to all aspects of job.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Reports to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations, or standards of conduct.

Attends required in-services and training.

Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
