Responsibilities:

Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium

Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system

Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system, as needed

Manage cash bank, ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift

Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver

Assist all guests and visitors with property directions

Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Driver's License with no marks on record

Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
-
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Physical Demands:

Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds

Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
