Med City Taxi Inc., DBA Yellow Cab of Rochester, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help keep our taxi and shuttle operations running smoothly.
This is not a slow desk job. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and important work — coordinating rides, helping customers, and keeping drivers moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with bookings and questions
- Dispatch drivers efficiently and keep trips running on time
- Monitor schedules and adjust in real-time as things change
- Work across multiple systems at once to manage rides
- Communicate clearly with both customers and drivers
- Keep things organized during busy periods
Schedule
- Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends (rotating):
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (optional - not required, but ability to cover this shift will enhance your application)
- Part-time hours with opportunity for additional shifts or growth to full time based on performance

- Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus
