What You'll Do:
In this position, you will be crucial in maintaining our properties. Your responsibilities include basic carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring installation, fixture installation and drywall repair. You'll also operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools. These tasks are small to medium repairs, remodeling and home improvement projects. You will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position is for an independent contractor with a pay range of $18-23 an hour depending on experience. The time commitment is on average 15-20 hours a week and the projects can be done on nights and weekends. You can set your own schedule and can work more or less hours as needed. This position is very flexible and you can still work your full-time job.
What We Need from You:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Personal vehicle and tools required.
- A valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Experience as a handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Travel within Seneca, Wyandot, & Sandusky counties.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
