EUC Developer
Client: Freddie Mac (via Capco)
Location: Onsite in McLean VA 5 days
Rate: $48 - $51/hr C2C
U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.
Final-round interview is conducted in person.

In this role, you will partner closely with Securities Issuance & Administration teams to deliver technology-driven process improvements, develop End User Computing (EUC) solutions, and support business-critical operational infrastructure. Acting as an internal consultant and subject matter expert, you will contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen controls, and enable successful business change.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable EUC and Alteryx-based solutions that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
- Coordinate project activities including requirements gathering, testing, issue resolution, and delivery to ensure successful implementation within agreed timelines.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, controls, and operational performance.
- Support business-managed applications, EUC infrastructure, UNIX environments, production processes, and data workflows while ensuring stability and operational excellence.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Securities Issuance and Administration processes, collaborating across teams to resolve complex operational and technical challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience developing Alteryx solutions independently from business requirements through delivery.
- Experience supporting infrastructure management, including UNIX environments, production support, APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and workflow management platforms.
- Knowledge of the GSE business model (Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae), securitization processes, and Securities Issuance & Administration concepts, including mortgage transaction data dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges.
