Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, licensed Dental Hygienists to join our growing team. This position begins January 2026.
To find the perfect fit for our schedule, we are open to two different hiring paths:
- One Full-Time Hygienist: Monday through Thursday.
- Two Part-Time Hygienists: Splitting the week to fit your schedule.
Our ideal candidates are passionate about oral health, gentle with patients, and excited to build long-term relationships in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
- Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and screenings.
- Take and process digital dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive agents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with the dentist and team for exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Washington State.
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient comfort.
- Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
