About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC machinery to transform raw materials into precision-engineered components, ensuring our output meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and program CNC press brake systems to meet complex design specifications.

Interpret technical blueprints to determine optimal bend sequences and tooling requirements.

Execute first-piece inspections to validate dimensional accuracy and adherence to strict tolerances.

Streamline production workflows by optimizing machine setups and changeover processes.

Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting to maintain equipment uptime and operational reliability.

Manage heavy material handling and staging to support continuous production cycles.
Qualifications-
1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC press brake programming and machine setup.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints.

Advanced mathematical skills for precise measurement and tolerance verification.

Experience operating major CNC control systems such as Amada, Trumpf, or Cincinnati.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Background in sheet metal fabrication and forming techniques.

Prior experience in a leadership or setup training capacity.

Current OSHA 10-Hour certification.

Familiarity with turret or laser punch press operations.
