Job Summary
We are urgently seeking experienced Press Operators for immediate hire! Responsibilities
- Operate various printing presses such as flexo, digital, and large-format printers with precision and attention to detail
- Adjust and maintain industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality
- Interpret production documents and specifications accurately to meet project requirements
- Perform color management tasks to ensure color accuracy across different print jobs
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Manage prepress processes using software like Adobe Creative Suite and other prepress tools for layout design and file preparation
- Execute cutting, paper binding, and finishing tasks as needed to complete print projects efficiently
- Maintain safety standards and proper machine operation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating printing presses, including flexo, screen printing, CNC machinery, or digital printers
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust industrial equipment
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, prepress software, and layout design tools
- Knowledge of color management techniques and typography principles for high-quality print output
- Experience in manufacturing environments with large-format printers or industrial equipment is highly preferred
- Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and efficiently
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards
- Strong work ethic with a good job history demonstrating reliability and consistency
