Healing Path of Rockford is seeking a reliable, personable, and organized Chiropractic Assistant to support both our front desk and clinical floor. This is an active, patient-facing position, not a traditional desk-only role. The right person will be comfortable moving throughout the office, managing multiple responsibilities, and helping patients feel welcomed and well cared for.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule patients and manage appointment flow
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Check patients in and out
- Sanitize and prepare treatment tables between patients
- Change and turn over table sheets
- Escort patients to treatment areas
- Set up and operate the spinal traction and therapeutic ultrasound equipment after training
- Assist the doctor with designated portions of patient examinations, as trained and permitted
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Communicate clearly with the doctor and other team members
- Help maintain an efficient, positive patient experience throughout the office

- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout most of the shift
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality
Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or other healthcare office is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable in a hands-on healthcare environment.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:20am-12:30pm; 1:40-6pm. Friday 8:20am-12:30pm; 1:40-5pm
Pay: $17/hr starting
