Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a thriving 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Redding, CA. You will play a pivotal role in our 100% outpatient primary care team, which is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, California's largest hospital provider. This opportunity requires the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including rotating extended weekdays.
You will provide comprehensive, patient-centric primary care, supported by a physician-led practice model with robust support staff. You will also collaborate within a strong referral system with easy access to specialists, utilizing EMR and PACS for efficient patient management.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with a commitment to delivering high-quality outpatient care, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide full scope outpatient primary care services to a diverse adult patient population.

Manage a panel of primary care patients, ensuring continuity of care and promoting health and wellness.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation and patient management.

Collaborate effectively with specialists and the 24/7 Hospitalist Program for seamless patient transitions.

Compensation Range: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year

Job Requirements
Required:
- Active or eligible for a medical license in the state of California

Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
