We have a new position with our start-up company as a Production and Manufacturing Technician position.
We are looking for a Production and Manufacturing Technician to operate our 3D printing technology and to set up, manufacture, and process ceramic parts to meet customer demands. The role will be responsible for manufacturing and processing parts utilizing our 3D printing technology. Responsible for setting up and operating printers to pre-established guidelines and specifications to meet customer requirements. Works independently and under limited supervision of engineering within the project's scope.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate 3D printing equipment with direction from production and engineering.
· Post-processing of printed parts – removal, cleaning, and preparation for thermal processing.
· Operate and monitor thermal processing equipment.
· Perform testing and inspection activities such as functionality, dimensional checks, etc.
· Identify faulty parts during the build process and troubleshoot to solve issues.
· Maintain quality documentation to ensure process flow and controls.
· Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment as required.
· Cross-train and support multiple areas of production.
· Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
· High mechanical aptitude preferred.
· Ability to read and follow written, graphic and pictorial procedures.
· Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds, several times per day.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
