What You'll Do

Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online

Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities

Follow up on leasing inquiries and assist with prospect management

Support leasing efforts through effective customer service and sales techniques

Assist with application processing, lease paperwork, and move-in coordination

Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records within property management software

Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to generate community interest

Support resident events and community engagement activities

Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a positive resident experience
What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

High school diploma or equivalent required

Availability for a temporary or seasonal assignment
