About the Role
We're a high-volume apparel printing and manufacturing operation in Dallas running direct-to-film (DTF) production daily. We're adding a new machine to the floor and need a reliable, detail-obsessed operator to run our DTF printers start to finish — printing, powder, cure, and quality checks — and hand clean, consistent transfers off to our press team.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in machines that run clean and output that doesn't get sent back. You'll be trained directly by the manufacturer during our new machine install, so you'll learn it the right way from day one.
We run 2–4 rolls a day. That means the film and ink you're responsible for is worth real money — we're looking for someone who protects it.
What You'll Do
- Run two DTF printers through the full process: RIP/print, powder application, curing, and cutting
- Manage color consistency and print quality so every transfer that leaves your station is press-ready
- Keep machines running: daily printhead care, preventive maintenance, and catching small issues before they become downtime
- Track daily output, waste rate, and machine uptime
- Load and organize gang sheets to minimize film waste
- Keep your station clean and production moving without needing to be managed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and detail-oriented above all — you double-check your work and don't cut corners when no one's watching
- Comfortable running production equipment and standing/working on your feet through a shift
- Fast learner who can absorb manufacturer training and run independently
- Someone who takes pride in low waste and zero-reprint output
- Dependable attendance — production doesn't stop, and we need someone we can count on
Required
- Prior experience with DTF, DTG, screen printing, or any production printing
- Familiarity with RIP software and color management
- Experience running or maintaining print/production machinery of any kind
Growth & Pay Path
We start operators at $20/hr and move you to $24/hr once you're solo-certified on both machines and consistently hitting our quality and uptime targets. Clear milestone, clear raise — you'll know exactly what earns it. Strong operators grow into senior production roles as we scale.

n your application, tell us in one or two sentences: "Describe a time you caught a quality or machine problem before it became a bigger issue."
We read every answer — it tells us more than a resume.
