Work events, from set up to close, bartending and assisting in other event execution related activities to service our guests and clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hospitality - being the face of DelightMore to our guests, always have a solution, a smile and warm welcome.
Product Knowledge - DM packages, products & recipes
Technique - proper cocktail mixing, beer and wine service
Operations - proper bar set up & close; off-premise and venue
Communication - thorough and professional communication with other staff and bartenders, sharing information that helps execute service more smoothly.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bartending experience
Computer proficiency - required for POS operations & training material
Problem Solving - Identify challenges and think on your feet to solve the problem, keeping the guests as top priority.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
- restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
