Responsibilities
- Conduct recruiting for real estate agents including candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Utilize a CRM to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience and long-term talent retention.
- Collaborate with leadership on succession planning, employee orientation, and employee relations to support organizational growth.
Experience
- Experience in recruiting within real estate or related industries, demonstrating success in high-volume recruitment environments is desired.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates.
- Familiarity with a CRM is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management skills.
This is a remote, part-time 1099 position with flexible scheduling, provided recruiters consistently meet performance expectations and remain available during agreed-upon working hours Monday-Friday between 9am to 5pm and work a 5 hour day within the timeframe. Daily Kickoffs and Touch Up Mtgs will be scheduled daily as well as Weekly Pipeline Reviews.
