Located in Union Plaza park, The Hub is a great scenic location on the edge of downtown Lincoln with vast outdoor seating and space for outdoor concerts and events. The Hub Cafe is accepting applications for full-time kitchen staff with previous experience working in a scratch kitchen. Job Duties consist of every task needed in a commercial kitchen. Starting with working on the cook’s line but also doing prep and dishes when necessary. Knowledge of knife skills, sauté, and grill cooking are all required. Apply in person.
