Duties
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Oversee shift management, ensuring efficient table turnover and timely service delivery
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Supervise food and beverage service, including bar operations and catering events when applicable
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems; oversee cash handling procedures
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen staff on food presentation standards
- Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS systems, and restaurant policies
- Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards to ensure compliance with health codes
- Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff; support ongoing training & development initiatives
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining establishments
- Extensive background in food service management with supervisory responsibilities in hospitality settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and kitchen operations
- Experience supervising staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Demonstrated leadership skills in high-volume restaurant environments with excellent customer service focus
- Previous roles involving shift management, team management, and restaurant operations are highly valued
- Background in catering, banquet services, or hotel food & beverage operations is a plus

Pay: $51,153.57 - $61,604.30 per year
