COMPENSATION
- $17/hr paid training (first 2 days)
- $20/hr base pay after training
- $100 for every qualified appointment
- $250 for every closed deal
- Weekly bonuses and incentives
- Uncapped commission potential
Top performers can earn an additional $2,000–$5,000+ per month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods
- Start conversations and build rapport
- Schedule free solar consultations for our Solar Consultants
- Represent US Power Solar professionally
- Work alongside a competitive and motivated team
- Learn real-world sales and communication skills

SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
