Visit multiple customers per day to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves

Keep your truck tidy and parts well-managed for speed and accuracy

Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED
-
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification

Mechanical know-how and proficiency with testing/repair tools

Appliance diagnosis and repair experience preferred

Process discipline and the ability to follow documented procedures
-
Smartphone savvy, including ordering parts on the go
-
Valid driver’s license in the state(s) where you’ll work
-
Travel up to 100% as needed
-
Availability for variable hours and required overtime
-
Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation
-
Clear verbal and written communication; ability to read, write, and speak English

Physical capability to constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs

Constant reaching outward; handling/fingering; standing, walking, sitting; typing on a keyboard

Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, crawling

Occasional reaching above shoulder height

Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle

$18 - $30 hourly base rate, depending on experience, certification, and location
