Job Summary
ABH Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our custom residential projects from initial concept to final handover. You will be responsible for ensuring every project is a seamless experience for our clients and is completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards of quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction and excels at managing teams, client communication, and complex project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Direct and manage the entire lifecycle of high-end custom home and renovation projects.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, and our skilled trade partners, ensuring clear communication and a cohesive vision.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial accountability and timely completion.
- Quality & Compliance: Uphold ABH Construction’s high standards for quality. Conduct thorough reviews of plans and regular site inspections to ensure all work meets our level of craftsmanship and complies with building codes.
- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and value.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects, particularly custom homes and large-scale remodels.
- Deep understanding of high-end construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Expert ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
