We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at Care and Rehab in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff in a fast-paced environment. This position includes alternating weekends and holidays, openings for day, evening, and night shifts.
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Provide support and comfort to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Basic knowledge of nursing and patient care procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
