Construction Field Superintendent (Hands-On Leadership)

This is not a desk job, and it's not a "drive by and check on jobs" position. Our Field Superintendents spend the majority of their time on active jobsites, coaching crews, solving problems, ensuring quality, and helping our Site Leaders grow.

What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple residential construction projects at various stages of completion.
- Spend most of your day in the field supporting Site Leaders and crews.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve quality, productivity, and leadership skills.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Frey's high standards.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout each project.
- Identify and solve problems before they impact the customer or schedule.
- Coordinate with Production Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards on every jobsite.
- Lead by example and jump in when needed to support the team.

- Knowledge of BuilderTrend, OSHA, Lead & Asbestos Training preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug testing
- Wants to work 40+ hours per week
