Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring requirements across the United States market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file and operational positions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work within US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and rank-and-file positions across the US market
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases accurately
- Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure timely turnaround of hiring requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and urgent hiring needs
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and pipeline status reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment standards and applicable employment guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably supporting high-volume hiring and rank-and-file positions
- Experience recruiting for operational, customer service, logistics or similar frontline roles is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other US job boards
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Willing to work on a US timezone/shifting schedule
