The Role
We’re hiring a full-time therapist to provide services across a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth). This role is ideal for clinicians who want a consistent caseload, autonomy in scheduling, and strong clinical support.
What full-time looks like:
20 to 25 client sessions per week

Hybrid schedule (in-person and virtual)

What You’ll Do
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families

Use a relational and systemic lens in your clinical work
-
Maintain timely documentation (48-hour standard)

Participate in weekly supervision and consultation

Collaborate with a team that values growth and accountability

What We’re Looking For
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
-
Licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed with strong clinical foundation
-
Experience or strong interest in couples and family therapy
-
Commitment to working with clients of color, particularly Black and Latino communities
-
At least one clinical niche (trauma, anxiety, couples work, adolescents, etc.)

Willingness to be credentialed with insurance panels (BCBS, Cigna, Aetna)

Evening and weekend availability
