Job Title: Technology Souring Manager
Location (city, state): Bellevue, WA
Compensation: $90,000 -$130,000 / year

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in technology procurement.
- Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or IT services.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience with technology suppliers.
- Comfortable challenging the business on scope, timelines, and supplier choices.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial models, supplier comparisons, and contract terms.
- Experience using data, automation, or AI tools in your work.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience managing subprocessor-type vendor relationships (DPAs, data residency, SLAs).
- Preferred: experience with Zip, NetSuite, or Ironclad
Job Description:
- Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT leadership to understand platform needs, business requirements, and technology roadmaps.
- Develop sourcing and category strategies across cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, AI/ML services, developer tooling, and security technologies.
- Lead complex sourcing events including supplier discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing models, and long-term cost structures, including usage-based and consumption pricing.
- Map contract renewals and business initiatives several quarters in advance so sourcing stays ahead of demand.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to structure scalable commercial terms, data-protection provisions, and risk protections.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, working with them on supplier choices, scope, and timelines to reach the best commercial outcome.
- Use AI-enabled tools and structured analysis to compare supplier proposals and generate negotiation insights.
- Build strong partnerships with technology leaders so sourcing is embedded early in platform investment decisions.
- Simplify sourcing processes and improve the decision frameworks technology stakeholders rely on.
