Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and venue amenities to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a friendly, proactive approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with order taking or guest needs
- Uphold health and safety standards in all interactions and operational procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required—enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
