Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional salon services while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Manage your own appointment schedule and client bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation that meets all state board regulations.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and present yourself in a professional manner.
- Work independently while contributing positively to the salon’s team culture.
- Promote your services through social media, referrals, and personal marketing.
- Participate in salon events, promotions, and collaborative opportunities when desired.
- Respect shared salon spaces and equipment.
- Maintain an active professional license and stay current with industry trends and continuing education.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Hairstylist or Nail Technician in the State of New Hampshire.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering excellent results.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, respectful, and professional.
- Team-oriented while enjoying the freedom of running your own business.
