Job Summary
Phoenix Developmental Services, LLC is a growing, BCBA-owned ABA practice dedicated to providing high-quality, in-home therapy services to children ages 1 and older with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA supervision
- Deliver structured and naturalistic teaching trials (DTT, NET, PRT, and more)
- Collect accurate session data and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and communicate regularly about client progress
- Support caregiver training and generalization of skills in the home environment
- Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and families
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision as required.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Skills
- Current RBT certification (preferred) OR willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between client homes required)
- Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Consistency and reliability are essential in this role, as we prioritize maintaining stable schedules to best support our clients and their progress.
- Ability to pass a CORI/background check
- Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly encouraged to apply, as these language skills are in high demand among the families we serve.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
