Full-time Car Wash Attendant - Pioneer Car Wash
Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our team at Pioneer Car Wash. The Car Wash Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the daily operations of the car wash. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure their needs are met

Ensure that all car wash services are performed according to company standards

Monitor the car wash area to ensure a safe and clean environment

Assist with the training of new staff members
-
Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order
-
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer transactions

Assist with the scheduling of staff members
-
Assist with the ordering of supplies and materials
-
Complete other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:

Entry-level experience in a customer service role
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of car wash operations and safety procedures
-
Basic computer skills
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Must be able to pass a background check
