A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.
Deliver direct patient care to a group of medical-surgical and telemetry patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Delegate appropriate patient care activities to members of the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, coordinated, and patient-centered care
Promote evidence-based practices and maintain high standards of clinical excellence
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Demonstrate professional accountability and participate in ongoing professional development activities
Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes and patient safety
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse required
ACLS certification required if applicable to the department
Nursing specialty certification preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
