Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's goals
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and expected outcomes
- Recommend medical-grade skincare and ongoing maintenance plans
- Deliver exceptional patient care from consultation through follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with our medical providers to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Stay current with new treatments, products, and technologies
Preferred Experience
Experience with many of the following is preferred:
- HydraFacial
- Medical-grade facials
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- RF Microneedling
- IPL / Photofacial
- Laser Hair Removal
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Retail skincare sales
- Comprehensive treatment planning
Experience with every technology is not required. We value providers who are eager to learn, continue expanding their skills, and stay current with advances in medical aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Current Indiana Esthetician License
- 3+ years of successful experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic, or dermatology practice
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build lasting patient relationships through exceptional care
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Passion for continuing education and professional growth
