Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, cooking, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Manage staff schedules, supervise team members, and lead staff training to uphold service excellence and operational standards
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management and ordering processes using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on training & development
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Demonstrated leadership in restaurant management, supervising teams, and managing shift operations effectively
- Expertise in inventory control, food management, budgeting, and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience with kitchen management, food production, catering, or banquet services is a plus
- Ability to train staff on food safety standards, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices
