We’re looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to lead our medium turning department.

What You’ll Do
- Program, Set Up & Operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes for precision production. Run mostly short run orders of 50-200 pieces.
- Ensure Quality by inspecting machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Optimize Performance through adjustments, tooling changes, and G-code modifications.
- Collaborate & Communicate with engineers and production teams to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a Safe & Organized Work Environment by following best practices and safety protocols.
Who we are looking for
- Experience: Fanuc control operation (Required).
- Programming Skills: 2+ years of CNC lathe programming experience (Required).
- Good communicator: Share knowledge with others to enhance learning and growth.
- Technical Ability: Strong blueprint reading, G&M code understanding, and precision measuring skills.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize workflow.
- Physically Capable: Able to stand for extended periods, lift 20-30 lbs.,work with oil-based and water-based coolants and able to endure repetitive motions for loading & unloading parts into a machine.
