We're a growing plumbing company out of Mooresville, NC serving commercial and residential customers across the Carolinas — and we take care of our team so our team can take care of our customers. After the onboarding period, a company van, fuel card, tools, equipment, full uniform, and a boot stipend are all provided. What You'll Do
You'll work across a variety of job types — service calls, installs, repairs, and maintenance on both commercial and residential properties. Work includes:
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks — water lines, faucets, toilets, slab and wall leaks
- Drain cleaning — sinks, tubs, floor drains, and main sewer lines
- Water heater service and installation — gas, electric, tankless, and commercial units
- Fixture repairs and installs — toilets, faucets, showerheads, garbage disposals, commercial fixtures
- Pump systems — sump pumps, sewage ejector pumps, lift stations
- Remodel and renovation rough-ins
- Backflow testing, repair, and installation (after certification)
- Gas line repairs and hook-ups
What We Need From You
- 3+ years of plumbing experience — residential, commercial, or both
- Strong hands and a sharper head — you can diagnose a problem, not just replace parts
- Valid driver's license, clean record, able to pass a background check
- Someone who communicates — with the client, the office, and the team
NC license is a plus. Not required.
