As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping repairs moving efficiently while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the production team.
Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers, technicians, and insurance partners in a friendly, professional manner.

Identify, source, order, and distribute the correct OEM and aftermarket parts needed for collision repairs.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure incoming parts are received, inspected, and stocked correctly.

Verify parts for accuracy and completeness before repairs begin to minimize delays.

Price parts accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory information within the dealership management system.

Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely availability of parts throughout the repair process.

Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.

Inform customers of current parts and accessory promotions when appropriate.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Automotive parts experience preferred.
