We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Express Lane Advisor to join our automotive service team! Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
- Conduct vehicle inspections using automotive diagnostics tools and estimating software to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle’s condition, recommended services, and potential upselling opportunities like transmission or suspension work
- Assist in creating accurate service estimates and write detailed service reports using computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems
- Perform basic mechanical tasks including oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts replacements, air brake checks, and other light repairs
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly customer experience
- Promote additional services by upselling relevant repairs or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition
Requirements
- Prior experience in dealership or auto service environments is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive repair procedures such as brake repair, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics
- Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving experience is essential
- Knowledge of auto estimating, collision repair, service writing, and auto service management is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting moderate loads during vehicle inspections or repairs
- Mechanical experience combined with auto service or technician background is highly valued

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
