Compass of Hope is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development & Community Partnerships Intern to help expand awareness of our mental health services across New Hampshire. This internship is ideal for someone interested in business development, marketing, or community relations and outreach. The intern will play a key role in identifying potential referral partners, strengthening community relationships, and helping connect individuals with the mental health resources they need.

Research organizations, agencies, healthcare providers, schools, and community groups throughout New Hampshire.

Conduct outreach to potential referral partners and community stakeholders.

Visit local organizations to introduce Compass of Hope's services and resources.

Develop and maintain referral relationship databases.
