Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising the health center including daily health needs of campers and staff.

Store and dispense medications according to guidelines.

Complete all required record keeping regarding medications, injuries, incidents, etc.

When necessary, communicate with families and camp staff.

Manage health form records.

Adhere to established association standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum age of 21 years old.

Current MD, RN, or LPN license in the state of Kentucky.

Current first aid certification and state approved CPR-child. Certifications must be maintained during employment.

Must complete YMCA Child Abuse Prevention training certification and online trainings must be completed prior to the beginning of the camp program.
