Maintenance Supervisor:
Multi-Family
Seeking experienced individuals with a strong maintenance background. The position requires the oversight of apartment communities and its associated staff. Must have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail is required. A minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisory experience is required. Experience with Yardi’s software is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and oversee technicians.
- Expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance.
- Have the ability to troubleshoot a problem to assist the technicians.
- Monitor work order reports.
- Be sure all apartments are rent ready when the keys are given to the rental office.
- Schedule contractors.
- Order supplies through the Purchasing Department.
- Perform inspections.
