Executive Assistant to Founder/General Partner
Location:
San Francisco & Woodside, CA
Hybrid, 3-5 days in person as needed
Compensation:
$180K - $250K base salary + bonus
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Founder/General Partner. You’ll work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to manage constantly shifting priorities across both professional and personal domains. The ideal hire is highly organized, obsessively detail-oriented, anticipatory, and proactive—driving seamless execution across the principal’s business and life.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the logistical backbone for all requests, creating and maintaining organized systems for flawless task execution with zero margin for error

Plan for and greet guests upon arrival at the office

Manage complex calendar coordination across multiple time zones, working closely with the Chief of Staff and other key stakeholders in the ecosystem

Handle comprehensive travel logistics, including sophisticated itineraries, flight arrangements, ground transportation, accommodations, and dining reservations

Help prepare detailed meeting materials, daily agenda briefings, and travel itineraries with meticulous attention to accuracy

Process and submit expense reports with precision and timeliness

Maintain personal and work CRM to support the GP’s deal flow, work, and personal relationships.

Source, curate, and coordinate thoughtful gifts for founders, LPs, and key relationships

Plan and execute meetings, events, and venue arrangements, including restaurant reservations

Manage personal scheduling, appointments, and household-related needs

Oversee coordination with various service providers and maintain personal records and databases

Collaborate seamlessly with the Chief of Staff as the primary decision-maker and communication hub

Coordinate with other team members, founders, and external stakeholders

Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
What You'll Have:

5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or UHNW individuals, preferably in venture capital, tech, or professional services

Exceptional attention to detail - you triple-check names, times, logistics, and nothing slips through the cracks

Independent execution - comfortable with minimal direct communication with the executive, able to make sound judgments, and operate autonomously
