Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with industry standards such as OSHA and internal safety policies
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements
- Lead efforts in maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and heavy lifting procedures
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating optimally and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and understand manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on safety standards in production settings
- Knowledge of GMP regulations, safety protocols, and PPE use to maintain a compliant work environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster teamwork
- Ability to manage heavy lifting safely while maintaining ergonomic practices
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting, training staff, and collaborating across departments
