The Role: Impacting the Community
- Advocate for Families: Conduct needs-based conversations to ensure every client is not only covered for their personal property but also understands the importance of Life Insurance and income protection.
- Drive Growth: Proactively identify and engage with new prospects to grow the agency's local footprint.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide "Amazing Customer Service" that turns a one-time buyer into a lifelong client.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a dedicated, high-energy team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are seeking growth-minded individuals who are ready to grow their careers, income, and impact.
- Licensing (P&C): A General Lines Property & Casualty license is required to join the team.
- Licensing (L&H): You must also hold a Life & Health license; however, the agency is willing to allow the right candidate to obtain this after starting if necessary.
- Soft Skills: You possess the "soft skills" to discuss sensitive topics like Life Insurance while maintaining a professional sales edge.
- Experience: You understand the insurance landscape and are ready to hit the ground running.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable utilizing modern CRM tools and communication platforms to manage your pipeline.
