Crew Leader – Lawn Maintenance Driver
Our company is currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Crew Leader for our Lawn Maintenance Division. We’re looking for someone with solid field experience who can take charge on-site while ensuring quality and efficiency. A minimum of 2 years in landscaping or lawn care is required. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small crew and oversee daily work at multiple job sites
- Drive company vehicles safely and transport team members and equipment
- Complete lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and properly
- Make sure all work is completed on time and meets company quality standards
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of experience in lawn care or landscaping work
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work without supervision when needed
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
