Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any security breaches or suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with other security personnel to enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention strategies
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide detailed reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and their operation
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
