Job Description
Position Overview: The Overnight Security Officer is responsible for the security of the building, regular miscellaneous building functions that may occur overnight (such as deliveries), and providing resident services during the overnight shift. Overnight Security Officers must be well-versed in all emergency procedures, have a detail-oriented and proactive approach to security, and be able to provide a high and refined level of customer service to residents. This is a full-time position, which works during the 11:00PM to 7:00AM shift.
Partial List of Responsibilities: The Overnight Security will be responsible for performing and/or assisting with the following (in addition to any other duties as necessary or assigned):·Regular security patrols of the building and maintenance of general vigilance regarding potential security issues·Efficient and quiet delivery of Newspapers, resident communications, etc.·Valet services·Miscellaneous resident services as necessary·Responses to emergencies

Required Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:·Ability to drive a stick-shift vehicle·At least 1 year of security and/or customer service experience·Basic computer proficiency·A High School Diploma·A desire to work the overnight shift long-term·Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Skills & Experience: · Overnight experience strongly preferred ·Excellent written and verbal English communication skills·Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency·Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills·A desire for a long-term overnight position
