Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
- Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output
- Observe, report, and document resident condition changes
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Support restorative nursing and mobility needs
Requirements
- Active IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
