Gallagher’s Steakhouse, a legendary New York City institution now serving Boca Raton, is seeking an energetic and polished Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact with our guests, you set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist during peak times.
- Answer phones, confirm reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entrance area.
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
