Duties
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks across various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to execute work accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structural components, fixtures, and systems
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and address any issues promptly to uphold high standards
Skills
- Proven experience in multiple construction trades or specialized expertise in one area such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or masonry
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics with confidence
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues quickly on-site
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different project requirements

Pay: $120.00 - $185.00 per day
