The Haul is Hiring – Kitchen Team Member
The Haul is looking for a motivated, capable person to join our kitchen team in Downtown Grants Pass.
We are a busy scratch kitchen with a talented and experienced crew, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that team and grow with us.
This position starts with prep and dish — both are a required part of the job. We need someone who is willing to jump in where needed, work hard alongside the rest of the crew, and help keep the kitchen moving.
For the right person, there is plenty of opportunity to learn and move into our pizza and line positions as your skills develop. We would much rather find someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn than someone who only wants to work one station.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well as part of a team
- Is dependable and communicates well
- Is comfortable working both prep and dish
- Keeps a clean and organized workspace
- Takes pride in doing things correctly and consistently
- Wants to learn and develop stronger kitchen skills
- Is willing to move between stations as needed
Kitchen experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with a strong crew are extremely important.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
